Before arriving for the MORA test & therapy please:

• DO NOT eat a full meal within 2 hours before the appointment (instead have a light meal  such as fruit/vegetables and water)

• DO NOT drink coffee or strong tea

• DO NOT wear nail varnish

• DO NOT apply any cream on hands or feet

• DO NOT wear jewellery or watches

• DO NOT wear metal spectacles (you may bring them with you if necessary)

• DO NOT wear nylon stockings or any tights

Your mobile phone must be switched oFf

Prescription drugs: Where possible, please avoid taking medications for 24 hours prior to the appointment, in particular anti-histamines, sleeping tablets, anti-depressants or steroids.

 

 

 

Urine sample: Please bring a sample of your urine (morning, midflow) in a specimen ampoule or in a clean (well washed and rinsed) jam jar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Homeopathic remedy: After the treatment, you will be given MORA drops that will help you continue the therapy at home for 2-3 weeks after the appointment.

 

 

First appointment time varies from patient to patient. Together with the consultation, test and therapy, it may take up to 2-2.5 hours.
